Innovation

The Cluster invents new cereal varieties, based on a precise reading of the genome, and recommends new uses for cereals.

Training

The Cluster trains men and women for new professions and technologies.

Initiatives

The competitiveness cluster creates links between agricultural production, industrial imperatives and consumer needs.

Innovations developed:

Research and development projects: bringing together firms and research centres, both public and private, around collaborative projects.

Industrial projects: helping firms set up operations or develop in Auvergne so they can take full advantage of the competitive environment of the Cluster’s cereal chains.

Training projects: enriching training programmes related to plants and cereals.

International projects: supporting Céréales Vallée members in their search for new partners and synergies with foreign clusters involved in plant chains.
