Céréales Vallée federates 60 public and private members, implicated in research, industry, services and treaning of the cereal dies, around innovating development and research projects, Industrials, treaning and international. Including the dies of its members, the unit makes it possible Céréales Vallé to gather 390 structures.
The members are divided in 4 categories :
the industrials - the Cluster account 23 SME (< 250 people) and 6 companies (> 250 people).
The fields represented are:
- Agro-production, Biotechnologies, Research and development, Agro- cooperatives, Seeds, Flour-trade, plasturgist,
ES3 "Extrusion Souple de Ste Sigolène" whose SPL specialized in plastic gathers 25 SME. In addition to the representativeness of the profession of extrusion for the Haute-Loire, ES3 must initiate actions useful to this same profession. A technological survey and lawful is implemented. Specific actions will be initiated on sets of themes varied as the search for synergy between the companies, the implementation of Research and development on additivés or biodegradable polymers, the evolution structural of the sector of the extrusion of polyethylene in Europe, etc.

Indeed, Competitiveness clusters related to the plant have the will to set up a network which facilitates the launching of innovating projects ambitious gathering several poles and which remains the privileged interlocutor of the French and European public authorities on the sets of themes of the plant.
